Fliers posted for Ore. woman missing since Tuesday
GRESHAM, Ore. (AP) -- Fliers have been posted around the Oregon city of Gresham asking people in the Portland suburb to help watch for a woman who disappeared Tuesday under suspicious circumstances.
Whitney Heichel left home but failed to arrive at work at a Starbucks less than five minutes away.
The 21-year-old's car was found later that morning in a Wood Village parking lot with a window broken out.
Police say Heichel's ATM card was used at a Troutdale gas station. Searchers have been looking for clues at Larch Mountain and Dodge Park -- remote forested places east of Gresham where they believe her SUV was driven.
Police say they've received a number of tips and they continue to investigate it as a missing person case.
