(KTNV) -- A Missouri woman recently posted a video on her Facebook page showing two young children fighting.
And child welfare officials are now getting involved.
It is a tough video to watch because you can actually hear a woman encouraging her little girl to fight.
The child is not even out of diapers and she can be seen hitting another child who is screaming throughout the video.
According to a family friend who asked not to be identified, there were adults in the room at the time and no one did anything.
She says it is a problem in the black community -- that kids are often taught to fight.
A child psychologist says law enforcement needs to know about this.
"It's something that they at least need to be looking at. You know, I don't know the law in that area, but as a therapist, and a family therapist at that, I`m pretty concerned that the parents are encouraging violence and putting their kids in a physically abusive situation," says Dr. Russell Hyken.
The Missouri Department of Social Services was contacted after the video surfaced. But, they said that they can not comment of specific cases.
