Man held in triple murder near NYC's Columbia University
NEW YORK (AP) -- Authorities say a man has been arrested in the shooting deaths of three men who were killed while they sat in a parked car near Columbia University's campus in New York City.
The suspect was arrested Saturday in the Bronx.
Police say they have recovered the gun used in the June 7 killings. Additionally, they say they have found DNA linking the suspect to the shootings. Police say the DNA came from a shirt the gunman discarded near the crime scene.
Police didn't immediately release the suspect's name, saying they were waiting for charges to be filed.
