Missing Marine wife found, woman arrested
FALLBROOK, Calif. (AP) -- San Diego County authorities say a body has been found in Riverside in the search for the missing wife of a Marine.
Sheriff's Capt. Duncan Frasier says the body was found Tuesday but has not been positively identified as 22-year-old Brittany Kilgore, who has been missing since Friday night.
Frasier said at a news conference that a woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder in the case.
