Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The debate that is ongoing across the United States- should parents spank their children?
For one woman, the question has turned into a court date after she was accused of excessive spanking.
28-year-old Allison Blevins told police she spanked her 19-month-old three times at a park in Tennessee.
