Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- March Madness is here and that means Las Vegas is reaping the benefits.

University of Nevada, Las Vegas' Runnin' Rebels are in California right now and getting ready to take on California late this afternoon.

And Las Vegas is packed with people willing to put down big bets on the annual basketball tournament.

But what are the chances of filling out a bracket perfectly?

That would be one in 9.2 quintillion according to a math professor at DePaul University.

That doesn't stop people from betting though. March Madness is the second-busiest betting event for Las Vegas, right after the Super Bowl.

Tourists have been pouring in to place bets, watch the games and maybe do a little shopping and dining.

As for our local fans, many of them made the trip out to San Jose, Calif., to catch the action.

The Runnin' Rebels will take on Cal Berkley at 4:27 p.m. today at the HP Pavilion. The game will be broadcasted on truTV.

This is the 20th appearance for the Rebels in the NCAA tournament.

The winner will take on either Syracuse or Montana.
