Fire damages one unit at Rancho Verde Apartments early Wednesday
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Las Vegas Fire & Rescue responded to a fire at the Rancho Verde Apartments on Martin Luther King Boulevard South at about 3:30 a.m. this morning.
The fire was contained to one apartment although the apartment above was damaged by smoke. There were no injuries to firefighters or residents.
The fire started in the air handler unit and has been ruled accidental. Damage is estimated at $40,000. One person has been displaced.
