HENDERSON, NV (KTNV)--Henderson police arrested a man they say is behind Sunday's attempted abduction at a local park.
James Allen, a 30 year old man from Bolder City, is in the Henderson Detention Center. He's charged with kidnapping, burglary, and child abuse.
Police say a concerned citizen came forward with information that lead them to Allen. The attempted abduction happened at Mountain View Park in Green Valley. Allen allegedly tried to kidnap a 6 year old girl from the restroom. She screamed, and got away unharmed. Parents are relieved police made an arrest.
Allen is being held with no bail.
