Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A retired Henderson firefighter was sentenced to prison for tax evasion on Monday.

53-year-old Dwight C. Jackson was convicted of five counts of willful tax evasion and one count of filing a false and fictitious tax return.

Jackson was sentenced to 21 months in prison, three years of supervised release and was ordered to pay the IRS $177,310 in restitution.
