2 men plead not guilty to Las Vegas Strip elevator stabbing
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The two men accused of stabbing a hotel guest inside an elevator at THEhotel at Mandalay Bay appeared in court today.
Trent Wilcox and Carlos Heredia pled not guilty to charges of attempted murder and battery with a weapon.
According to lawyers for the men, the two men did get into a fight with a couple that was visiting Las Vegas but the stabbing was actually in self-defense.
A trial date has been set for May 20.
