Ex-NV Court Justice Rose hospitalized after wreck
RENO, Nev. (AP) -- Retired Nevada Supreme Court chief justice Bob Rose has been injured in a car accident near Fallon.
The Reno Gazette-Journal reports he was transported to Banner Churchill County Hospital in Fallon on Monday morning but his condition is condition is not known.
The 73-year-old Rose now serves as a senior judge. Supreme Court spokesman Bill Gang says the accident occurred while he was on his way from his Carson City home to preside over the Fallon/Yerington/Hawthorne drug court.
Nevada Highway Patrol trooper Barbara Stapleton says it was a "rollover accident" somewhere between Interstate 80 and U.S. Highway 50 but she doesn't have any more details.
