Plans unveiled for new hotel taking the place of Bill's Gamblin' Hall
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Plans were unveiled Monday morning for a new hotel on the Strip. Gansevoort Las Vegas will take the place of the former Bill's Gamblin' Hall.
The property is the result of a collaboration between Victor Drai and the New York-based Gansevoort Hotel Group.
Caesars Entertainment says the standalone boutique resort will feature 188 guest rooms including 19 suites, a 40,000 square-foot casino and a restaurant overlooking the Strip.
Gansevoort Las Vegas will also include Drai's Beach Club and Nightclub, a 65,000 square-foot venue including a rooftop pool.
The new resort is scheduled to open in early 2014 and will employ more than 1,000 people.
