Vehicle slams into motorcyclist after running red light
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A motorcyclist was taken to the hospital in critical condition after being hit by a vehicle.
It happened around 1:15 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of West Lake Mead Boulevard and H Street, which turns into Revere Street.
Las Vegas police said the motorcycle was traveling west on Lake Mead, when a vehicle traveling south on H Street ran a red light and slammed into the motorcycle.
The vehicle was apparently trying to catch up to a funeral procession.
The male driver of the motorcycle was transported to the hospital in critical condition. The female passenger was also transported with unknown injuries.
The driver of the vehicle was also taken to the hospital.
