Two more plaques stolen from local parks in Las Vegas Valley
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Clark County said two more decorative plaques have been stolen from local parks Thursday night.
The latest thefts follow a rash of thefts that took place earlier this week.
The Clark County Department of Parks and Recreation said thieves are stealing dedication plaques.
Eight were stolen within the last week. The two plaques stolen Thursday night came from Winchester and Ravenwood Parks.
The county said some of the plaques are bronze and worth more than $500.
At this time, the county said there are no plans to replace the plaques. They are waiting to see if they turn up.
