Forbes ranks MGM Grand one of top hotel renovations in the world
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- MGM Grand's renovation is capturing the attention of the world.
Forbes lists MGM Grand as one of the top 10 hotel renovations in a recently-published list.
The $160 million "Grand Renovation" included updates to 4,200 guest rooms with an emphasis on sustainability.
Room improvements include carpets, technology and furniture.
MGM Grand also added a new comedy club and is set to open Hakkasan, a dining and nightlife venue, next month.
The D in downtown Las Vegas was also recognized on the list.
