Raising Cane's and Oscar Goodman thank basketball fans
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Do you like chicken fingers and basketball?
Raisin' Canes and the Las Vegas Host Committee have found a way to say thank you to everyone who loves basketball (or chicken fingers) in recognition of 2013 post-season basketball tournaments taking place this week in Las Vegas.
Special tray liners are being used at Raising Cane's through March 17. In addition, Raising Cane's is offering an opportunity to win free Raising Cane's for one year.
Former mayor and Las Vegas Host Committee Chairman Oscar Goodman and his showgirls will make a special appearance today from noon to 1 p.m. at the South Las Vegas Boulevard location of Raising Cane's.
They will be handing out food, taking photos and thanking guests for visiting Las Vegas and Raising Cane's during this week in particular.
The special tray liners are being used at all five Las Vegas locations.
The West Coast, Western Athletic, Pac 12 and Mountain West Conference tournaments started earlier this week in Las Vegas.
The University of Nevada, Las Vegas Runnin' Rebels next game will be against Colorado State at 8:30 p.m. Friday at the Thomas & Mack Center.
