Woman seriously injured in hit and run at Charleston & Las Vegas boulevards
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Las Vegas police are on the scene of a hit and run involving a pedestrian near East Charleston and Las Vegas boulevards in downtown Las Vegas.
The incident was reported at about 6:38 a.m.
According to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, a woman was crossing the street in a marked crosswalk when she was struck by a black vehicle.
She was transported to University Medical Center Trauma in serious but stable condition.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible.
