Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Clark County coroner has released the official cause of death for the 23-year-old woman who died in January after running into a city bus.

Julia Schultz of Las Vegas died from a combination of heroin and crystal meth intoxication and blunt force trauma from the accident.

Schultz was traveling eastbound in the right travel lane of Charleston Boulevard near the intersection of Rainbow Boulevard when she rear-ended a nearly full "Deuce" bus on Jan. 28.

The bus was unloading passengers at the time of the incident and five passengers were also transported to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.

Schultz was transported with critical injuries and was later pronounced dead by medical personnel at University Medical Center Trauma.

Drug paraphernalia was found inside the car after the collision.
