Students prepare for UNLVino fundraiser
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Culinary students are preparing for UNLVino, the Hotel College's largest fundraiser of the year.
Students in the UNLVino Management Class are working to prepare 30 dishes for a recipe tasting session.
Those dishes will be presented to peers and professors on Thursday for consideration at UNLVino. Students will present their dishes before they are voted on by the panel.
UNLVino's main event, The Grand Tasting, takes place at Paris Las Vegas on Saturday, April 20.
