Hazmat Team responds to crash involving propane truck
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Clark County Fire Department and City of Las Vegas Hazmat Team responded to a crash involving a propane truck.
It happened around 11 a.m. Friday on Pabco Road.
Crews said the driver lost control of the truck and went off the road, hit an embankment and rolled numerous times.
The truck came to a stop in a ravine next to the road.
The propane tank had a capacity of 3,000 gallons and was 75-percent full.
Las Vegas police isolated the road in both directions.
Hazmat personnel determined there were no leaks from the tank and they disconnected the battery.
The scene was determined to be safe and units were released.
The driver had minor injuries and was transported to UMC.
