Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Some of the most courageous women in the Valley took their shot this weekend at becoming the next Ms. Wheelchair Nevada.
The program is a competition to select a delegate who will serve as a role model for people with disabilities here in the Silver State.
The winner will travel throughout the state sharing her story with others.
The winner of Saturday's competition will also attend the national competition to compete for the title of Ms. Wheelchair America.
Saturday's event was held at the Hilton Garden Inn.
