Strip road closures planned for next week
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A notice has been issued that all lanes of Las Vegas Boulevard just north of Tropicana Avenue will be closed to vehicle traffic intermittently between the hours of midnight and 8 a.m. March 4 through 8.
In addition, the pedestrian bridge between MGM Grand and New York-New York and the pedestrian bridge between MGM Grand and Tropicana will also be closed intermittently during the same time.
Closures of the road and bridges will happen about eight times and will last about 20 minutes each time.
The closures are necessary because a construction company is dismantling a large tower crane at the MGM Grand.
