Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The woman who was attacked at the Bellagio late last year is taking her case to court.
44-year-old Joyce Rhone has filed a lawsuit against the casino and Brenda Stokes-Wilson.
Stokes is the woman who allegedly slashed Rhone's face with razors. She is also charged in the death of 10-year-old Jade Morris.
Rhone claims no Bellagio employees came to help her after she was injured.
She is asking for a jury trial and at least $10,000.
