Law enforcement issues warning about staged accidents
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Law enforcement officials have issued a new warning to drivers on Nevada roads about staged accidents.
Various organizations got together Tuesday to film a public service announcement in hopes of raising awareness.
Big rigs seems to be the primary targets but officials say that anyone could become a victim.
Here is what's happening: Experts say cars are pulling in front of mostly big-rigs, and slamming their brakes.
Apparently they are doing it to cause a crash and collect insurance money.
Officials say that if you are in accident, call police and get as much information as possible. Also, take pictures of all damage.
