Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Representatives from a number of local agencies spent time on Tuesday touring the homeless corridor for the third annual Hope Bus Tour.

Every year, the bus makes its way through the area, loaded with case workers, volunteers, agency directors and law enforcement, all trying to get a better idea of the resources available to Southern Nevada's homeless.

The Las Vegas area has one of the largest populations in the country. Agencies big and small that help the homeless are hoping to become more efficient.

"As we all network and collaborate and get to know each other, we're going to find our common goals and make them more of a reality," said Laura Stalcap with the Downtown Project.
