Cop kills man after responding to domestic dispute
RENO, Nev. (AP) -- A Reno police officer fatally shot a man after responding to a home on a report of a domestic dispute.
Police say they responded to the same home before, and the man was shot Saturday evening after the officer felt threatened.
A woman at the home located near Reno High School was not injured.
Other details of the shooting as well as the names of the man and officer were not immediately released.
The investigation has been turned over to Sparks police.
The officer was placed on routine paid administrative leave.
