Six arrested in Boulder City counterfeiting operation

Boulder City, NV (KTNV) -- Six people have been arrested in a counterfeiting bust in Boulder City.

At about 6 a.m. Friday, the Boulder City Police Department's Detective Bureau, members of the U.S. Secret Service, and Henderson SWAT served a search warrant to 1501 Nevada Highway.  

The search warrant was the result of a month long investigation into the manufacturing and exchanging of fake money at the location.

Following the search, Patrick James Covington, 26, Anthony Michael Williams, 30, Anthony David Tracy, 26, Ashley M. Gorman, 22, Alexis N. Keller, 20, and Lori M. Gardner,22, were arrested for burglary and the making of counterfeit currency with the intent to distribute, and forgery.

Anthony Williams was additionally charged with establishing a financial forgery laboratory.
