Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Some passionate locals took a bus Tuesday night to Carson City.

Members of the non-profit "Nevadans for a Common Good" boarded the bus at about 9 p.m.

They will arrive in Carson City at about 8 a.m. Wednesday to attend a legislative hearing on a bill that deals with sex trafficking.

They say that bill AB 67 will make it more certain that sex crimes are prosecuted and that victims get the help that they need.

Some former victims of sex trade and their families are also planning on attending the hearing.
