Crossing guard hit by car at Flamingo and Cimarron

Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A crossing guard was struck by a car at the intersection of West Flamingo Road and South Cimarron Road on Friday afternoon.

The collision happened just before 3:30 p.m.

Police said the crossing guard was taken to Spring Valley Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the vehicle that struck the crossing guard remained at the scene.

Investigators are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the crash.
