Man dead in crash on Charleston identified
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Clark County Coroner's Office has identfied the man dead after a crash on Charleston east of Hualapai Thursday afternoon.
He was 94-year-old George Nicastro of Las Vegas.
The crash happened just before 12:30 involving the Chevy Impala Nicastro was driving, a Chevy Silverado with four occupants and a Nissan Versa.
Police say George Nicastro may have suffered a medical episode, which caused the crash and may have caused his death.
"We're not sure if he died from his medical episode or if he died from the trauma received from the accident," said Metro Sgt. Richard Strader after the crash.
The Clark County Coroner's Office has not yet determined Nicastro's cause of death.
The occupants of the other two vehicles suffered minor injuries.
