Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A wax figure in Whitney Houston's likeness was unveiled at Madame Tussauds in Las Vegas on Monday.

The unveiling comes exactly one year after Houston's death.

Whitney Houston's wax figure was created to appear as she did in the "I Wanna Dance With Somebody" music video.

That song earned her the Grammy Award for Best Pop Vocal Performance in 1988.
