Wintry weather conditions cause traffic delays at Stateline
Stateline, NV (KTNV) -- It was a traffic headache for drivers heading to and from Las Vegas Saturday morning.
The California Highway Patrol told Action News Interstate 15 was closed at Stateline, for a short time, due to icy conditions and snow.
Traffic was backed up going northbound and southbound.
Crews plowed the roads and all lanes were then reopened.
As of 10:30 a.m. Saturday, the area was still congested but traffic was flowing.
CHP encourages all drivers to slow down and take their time getting through the area.
