Legislative panels take up local tax distribution
CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) -- Senate and Assembly tax committees will start dissecting a bill to revise how Nevada distributes some taxes to local governments.
AB68 comes after months of hearings conducted by Assembly Speaker Marilyn Kirkpatrick.

The Assembly Taxation and Senate Committee on Revenue and Economic Development will hold a hearing on the bill Thursday.
