Carson City, NV (KTNV) -- North Las Vegas Democratic Assemblyman Steven Brooks now says his sanity has never been in question. But, that he's dealing with a "purely physical" medical issue.
Brooks attended the assembly floor session Wednesday.
The state lawmaker has been under scrutiny after he was arrested in January, over threats he allegedly made about Assembly Speaker Marilyn Kirkpatrick.
He was later admitted to the hospital for a mental evaluation.
