Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The man killed during a hit and run at about 1:30 a.m. Feb. 3 has been identified as 53-year-old Lawrence Lee Lancaster.
According to witnesses and evidence at the scene, Lancaster was walking on a sidewalk along Sahara Avenue, just east of Tam Drive, when he entered a travel lane and either laid down or fell.
He was then struck by a vehicle that did not stop.
Police are still trying to track down the driver.
