Assemblyman Steven Brooks released from hospital
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Assemblyman Steven Brooks has been released from the hospital after being admitted for a mental evaluation last Friday.
Police arrested Brooks on January 19 on a felony charge.
He's accused of threatening incoming assembly speaker Marilyn Kirkpatrick.
Brooks' attorney says his client will be in Carson City for the upcoming legislative session.
