Makers to showcase creative work at downtown event
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Local creative minds will come together this weekend at the Historic Fifth Street School for a unique event.
The Las Vegas Mini Maker Faire is a show-and-tell event where DIY enthusiasts connect and show off their creations.
The first Maker Faire was held in San Mateo, California a few years ago, and the idea has since expanded to other U.S. cities, including Las Vegas.
Makers include crafters, artists, authors, tech enthusiasts and more.
Tickets to the Saturday event can be purchased at the door or in advance here.
Doors open at 9 a.m. and the Mini Maker Faire runs until 6 p.m.
