Spirit airlines announce new nonstop routes to Las Vegas
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Spirit Airlines has announced new daily nonstop ultra-low fare service between Baltimore/Washington and Las Vegas and between Philadelphia and Las Vegas beginning April 25.
According to Philadelphia Airport CEO Mark Gale, Las Vegas is a popular destination from Philadelphia.
Rosemary Vassiliadis, deputy director of aviation for Clark County, says that Spirit's plan to bring more nonstop service from two well-established East Coast markets is a "welcome development."
Spirit currently offers daily nonstop service from Las Vegas to Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, Denver, Detroit, Fort Lauderdale, Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis-St. Paul, Oakland/San Francisco, San Diego, and Portland, Oregon.
