Police department creates memorial fund to help Walters family after murder-suicide
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has created a memorial fund to assist the family of Michelle and Max Walters.
Former LVMPD officer Hans Walters shot and killed his wife Michelle and his son Max before taking his own life at their Boulder City home last week.
The police department said the memorial fund will help with funeral and burial expenses.
Anyone interested in donating can do so by referencing the Michelle and Max Memorial Fund at the Wells Fargo Bank at Green Valley Parkway and Pebble.
