Medical episode may have caused fatal crash on Cheyenne
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A 54-year-old man was killed in an early morning crash Sunday.
It happened around 8:30 a.m.on Cheyenne Avenue.
Las Vegas police said a black Lexus drove into oncoming traffic, rolled over and hit two light poles. However, the Lexus did not hit any other vehicles.
The 54-year-old driver was pinned in the car and died after being transported to UMC.
Police told Action News it appeared the man had some sort of medical episode before crashing.
