Elderly pedestrian in critical condition after struck by vehicle
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A 78-year-old man from Las Vegas was taken to the hospital after being hit by a vehicle.
It happened just before 10 p.m. Saturday on Spring Mountain Road, west of Stober Boulevard.
Las Vegas police said the elderly man was crossing Spring Mountain, outside of a marked crosswalk, when he was struck by a Honda Civic.
The man was transported to UMC Trauma in critical condition.
The driver of the Honda, a 27-year-old man, was not hurt.
