Stabbing at liquor store near Swenson and Twain
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- One person was injured after being slashed in the face at a liquor store near Swenson and Twain.
It happened just after 8 p.m. on Saturday night.
Las Vegas police told Action News two individuals walked into the liquor store and started fighting with an employee.
One of the individuals was slashed or struck in the face with a sharp object. He was transported to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
It's unclear if the employee struck the individual or if it was someone else involved.
Police said this incident remains under investigation, but it may be related to a homicide that occurred at that same liquor store just a few weeks ago.
