Grenade found among donations to Reno Goodwill
RENO, Nev. (AP) -- Authorities say they evacuated a Goodwill in Reno after someone donated a hand grenade.
Reno police say employees at the business on Oddie Boulevard were opening boxes of donated items Monday when they found the grenade.
Officials say the employees immediately left the area, and members of the bomb squad came to remove the device.
Police say it wasn't immediately clear whether the grenade was an actual explosive or if it was a training device.
