Local tech awards show primed to be better than ever
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- An event honoring technological innovation right here in Las Vegas is primed to be better than ever this year.
The Technology Business Alliance of Nevada, or TBAN, puts on the annual Tech NV Honors event.
Originally set for January 23, the event will now take place on February 27.
Organizers say that's because of the overwhelming support from sponsors that will improve the event.
Tech NV Honors will now serve as a send off party for the local entrepreneurs and tech companies heading to represent Las Vegas at South by Southwest in Austin, Texas.
Admission to the awards show is now free thanks to help from sponsors, but attendees must RSVP online.
Categories for awards include technology company of the year, tech transplant of the year and most promising early-stage startup.
The event takes place at Moon Nightclub at the Palms. For more information, click here.
