Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A worker is dead after an incident at a quarry in North Las Vegas on Monday morning.
A spokesperson with the North Las Vegas Fire Department said the accident happened at about 11:30 a.m. at a quarry on Highway 91.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is handling the investigation.
