Zappos lands on list of best companies to work for
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Local online retailer Zappos has landed on a Fortune's list of the "100 Best Companies to Work For."
Zappos came in at #31 on the list.
Fortune ranks companies based on several factors including employee surveys, benefit programs and diversity efforts.
Last year, Zappos came in at #11 on the list.
Topping this year's list was Google, Inc followed by SAS (an analytics firm) and CHG Healthcare Services.
Other well-known companies on the list included Dreamworks Animation, Mercedes-Benz USA, Microsoft, American Express and Starbucks.
