Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A former police officer with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department was sentenced today to two years in prison for incidents involving two women during traffic stops.

In one incident, Norma was accused to ordering a woman to expose her breasts. In the other incident, he was accused of both ordering the woman to expose herself and groping her.

John Norman, who was originally facing felony charges, made a deal last June. He agreed to plead guilty to two gross misdemeanors instead.

The sentences will run consecutively.

Norman was sentenced to one year each on two counts. He was given credit for one day served.

Norman surrendered to detectives investigating the incidents in Jan. 25. He was originally scheduled to be sentenced in October but the sentencing was delayed.
