Sentencing pushed back for woman accused of killing her boyfriend
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A local family will have to wait to hear what will happen to the woman accused of killing her boyfriend.
Sentencing for Tammy Lucero was pushed out 30 days.
Lucero had pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter back in November.
She admitted to using a power cord to strangle her then boyfriend David Hudson.
Hudson's family was in court Wednesday. During statements to the judge, they pleaded for justice to be served and spoke of the hardship this caused their family.
Lucero could spend up to 10 years behind bars.
