1 dead, 1 injured in shooting on Reno Avenue
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- One person was killed and another injured in a shooting on Reno Avenue near Maryland Parkway early Saturday morning.
Police were called to the 1400 block of East Reno Avenue at about 1:30 a.m. after several reports of gunfire.
Arriving officers found a man dead inside the complex with apparent gunshot wounds.
Another man suffered a gunshot wound and was taken to Sunrise Hospital. He is expected to survive.
Detectives said the two victims were attending a party in the apartment complex when a fight broke out and several gunshots were fired.
Police have not yet arrested any possible suspects.
