'Donny & Marie' extends residency at Flamingo Las Vegas
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Popular performers Donny and Marie Osmond have extended their residency through 2013 at the Flamingo Las Vegas.
Donny and Marie are perhaps America's most-loved brother-sister duo. Their show at the Flamingo covers five decades in a non-stop 90-minute show of live music, singing and dancing.
Their show features chart-topping hits such as "Puppy Love," "Paper Roses," "Soldier of Love" and many others.
Donny also delivers an updated hip-hop rendition of The Osmond Brother's classic "Yo-Yo."
One of Marie's special numbers is a mash-up of "These Boots We Made For Walkin'" and Aerosmith's "Walk This Way."
Both Donny and Marie have an extensive history of performing in Las Vegas.
Donny's first performed at the age of 7 at the opening of the Sahara hotel-casino for Shirley Bassey with his brothers.
Donny and Marie first performed together in 1973 at Caesars Palace.
Their show at the Flamingo opened in 2008.
Donny & Marie has been voted "Best All-Around Performers," "Best Show" and "Best Singer" in the Las Vegas Review-Journal's "Best of Las Vegas"
The show is presented at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturdays in the Flamingo Showroom.
